Professional sound
Two Electro-Voice ETX-12P powered speakers are connected to a Moukey MAMX1 mixer for room-filling sound. The mixer accepts 1/4-inch audio inputs.
Two wired microphones
Two Cable Matters cardioid dynamic vocal microphones with 15-foot cables are available for speeches, announcements and presentations.
Multiple 65-inch TVs
Display the same slideshow, family video or presentation on multiple large TVs at the same time, helping guests throughout the room see what you are sharing.
Device connections
An A/V connection kit is available for compatible Android devices, Lightning-equipped iPhones and devices with a 3.5 mm audio jack. If you plan to bring instruments, additional microphones, sound-effects equipment or another playback device, tell us in advance so we can confirm the required connections and allow time for a sound and display check.
Planning tip: Bring the device containing your music, slideshow or video to your venue walkthrough or scheduled setup time. Device models and connector requirements vary, so advance testing is recommended.

Frequently asked questions
Can we bring outside food and beverages?
Outside food and nonalcoholic beverages are welcome. Outside alcohol is not permitted; alcoholic beverages must be provided and served through The Dallas Markets.
What does the catering kitchen include?
A large refrigerator, sinks, preparation space, select dishes and utensils, paper towels and regular towels. It does not include cooking or warming equipment.
Are setup and cleanup included in the hours?
Yes. Setup, decorating, event time and cleanup must fit within the purchased rental period unless additional time is arranged.
Can I book a two- or three-hour event?
Standard bookings begin with a four-hour Bronze package. Shorter events may be considered by request based on timing, date and event requirements.
