+ What is your alcohol policy for 2025?
We are not allowing alcohol to be served until after 6pm; you must supply your own alcohol and serve it yourself.

Yes, we can provide a dazzling supply of battery powered candles.
+ Can I drop off items the day before my event?
Due to our event schedule, access is limited to your rental time frame on the day of your event.
+ When can we start setting up for our event?
You can begin at the start of your rental. If you need extra setup time, please book a longer rental window.
+ What parking arrangements are available?
We have lots of parking available, and there is no charge for parking.
+ Is there a deposit required to hold my date?
Yes—there is a 50% non-refundable deposit after contract signing to hold the date.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
- Up to 29 days before: Full refund, minus deposit.
- 28–15 days before: 50% refund of total invoice.
- Within 14 days: No refund.

- Hourly Rate: $250 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours (venue as-is)
- Silver Package: $1,000 for up to 5 hours – includes your choice of tables and seating for up to 120 guests
- Gold Package: $1,200 for up to 5 hours – includes all standard amenities plus all add-on options
