Shipping Container Ordinance
​If passed, shipping containers will no longer be allowed for their intended use, storage.  Additionally, you'll need to apply for a license annually.

Waste Container Ordinance
If passed, commercial properties will be required to hide their trash cans.  This will require hiring a civil engineering firm to create and submit a site plan, an architect to create a drawing that meets city specification, some sites will require structural engineering and then you'll need to hire a general contractor and pay to have an enclosure made.

Violations and Enforcement
If passed, you can be fined up to $2500 per day for violations and criminal charges are possible for some violations for every day that the violation exists.  Imagine racking up 30 misdemeanor charges per month...

Food Trucks
It's already tough to get licensed to have a food truck.  If this is passed, it will be illegal to keep a food truck on a property in the city overnight.  Food trucks won't be allowed to sell food from the same place more than 4 days in a row.  Signage will not be allowed if it isn't permanently fixed to the food truck (no advertising flags allowed)
